What's your favorite place to watch movies/TV online?

I love watching Netflix streaming online and through ROKU as I get a variety of new/classic TV shows and movies to watch. Also, Hulu is great for current TV shows. Though they usually only provide the last four new episodes of a show.

Just the other day, i was able to watch a classic comedy about Sherlock Holmes and it was lots of fun.

Do you like watching TV/movies online? If so, what's the last movie you watched?

Some shows you can watch for free on Hulu (online) but there's a paid Hulu version that has more options. And, you watch that online too. If you use the Roku, they can't stream some movies/TV shows over that device for legal reasons.

For me, Netflix is far better choice for the money as there are many, many more TV shows/movies to watch.

But if you really do like specific shows that are currently on TV, they might not be on Netflix. For me, it doesn't matter as i'm so far behind on TV shows anyway and rarely watch TV.

So Netflix is awesome. There are many new movies/new TV episodes.

And a really good price.

Yes, there are many, many new and classic movies on Netflix streaming. I watch the movies on both my computer (with Netflix streaming) and also the ROKU box that allows the TV to stream the movies. The thing I like about the Roku is that you don't need to have your computer on to watch movies using the Roku box.

Or, you can be doing something else on your computer while watching a Netflix movie (via the Roku) on TV.

I have one 'free movie' site that i watch online that is not officially sanctioned. But I am always careful when I use it as my computer got infected with a bad virus from similar site awhile back.

I've used novmov before as well as sockshare (usually linked from a free movie site) and the quality is always really good. Though there are numerous pop ups to deal with. >.<

Yeah, but its free. For some reason fewer and fewer of these sites are available anymore. Copy rights everywhere I guess...

Also US laws are cracking down on what can be uploaded to US based servers. Some of these movie sites are using offshore servers now. Megavideo was an excellent free movie/tv site for years but was shut down this past year. :/

I watch with Hulu Desktop, or go to solarmovies.so for the new ones. Had Netflix, but found what I wanted to watch was free online.

I usually do not want tv online. We have DISH so it is just much easier to watch it on that.

I love watching TV online because of the choice you have. You also conserve a lot of electricity which is quite expensive in my country.I like Netflix because they have many documentaries and new series. They are different from other mainstream movies. I like the fact that they bring back programmes and series like the Gilmore girls that we all love and used to miss so much.

Netflix is the best, I get to watch all my fave TV shows as well as anime like Baki: The Grappler which is on its 3rd season now. I think Netflix is doing a very good job with its programs.

To be honest I have yet to check on Netflix because I am content with our cable tv and there are several movie channels. Besides what movie I want to watch are the new movies that are showing in the cinema. But maybe there will come a time that we would subscribe to Netflix so I am not closing my door to that possibility. I think Netflix is the biggest movie streaming in the internet.
