How many reviews do you read about hosting companies before you make an investment into hosting?

If I read a good review on a forum from a reputable forum member, I am more likely to check out the hosting site to see if it offers benefits superior to the hosting company I am using now.

From a long time I'm with HostGator and it is the best hosting company for me, there is really no issue to me, so there is no need to read more reviews.. HostGator is very popular in term of hosting.

I tend to look for hosts people are talking about on admin forums because then I can trust reviews from people who use them/used to use them.

I tend to look for hosts people are talking about on admin forums because then I can trust reviews from people who use them/used to use them.

And, forums usually receive more daily traffic or activity than regular sites due to members posting. So it's a good idea to go with another admin's recommendation on a host especially if you have a site that gets lots of traffic too.
