    It's better to use a low cost VPS deal from reliable hosts like QHoster.com or Integralhost.net.
    There are a lot of resources in their plans and they are able to satisfy all your demands.

    Recently some people trade vps lot, then it down suddenly.
    Problem with that was misusing of freely available vps.

    So if you find any free vps, dont use it for illegal things ,
    Like ddos attacks.

    I know about a lot of free VPNs but not VPS. Google it and you will certainly find it if you look enough.

    I recommend you to go with some low cost VPS as the free VPS will waste your time & also boring one. instead you can go with low cost VPS which are reliable one & secured one.

    There are some paid to post website like trap17, xisto but I don't think you should make use of those services. If you are paying for any service then and only the people take you seriously. That's how it works in the industry. So you can buy cheap VPS hosting at around 20$ per month. Plenty of hosts to choose from. So find out which one works for you. And then decide to get that hosting plan.
