I need a quality stable dedicated server and hostsailor.com seems to be good for my needs.
Have you ever tried them?

I think you may want to take a look at the hawkhost. They seem to be good at the shared hosting and the VPS hosting. And they seem to have more people managing the cusstomers too. Compared to the bluehost and the hostgator they are better. And also they seem to be better than Arvixe. I recommend hawkhost low priced shared hosting over Arvixe and other EIG based brands. I am on much better and stable hosting now.
