What if someone randomly asked to buy your domain name?

Would you sell if someone randomly offered to buy your domain name, even if it wasn't up for sale or auction? For instance, if someone contacted you via the contact form on your site to ask about purchasing the domain.

I would have to consider what other domain name I could use for my site. If I wasn't really actively using the site much then I would consider selling the domain name and purchasing another. Though I don't know if random domain name offers happen a lot.
