Upper case and lower case in a domain name

Can I get a domain name with upper case letters? Often, I have seen these online.

The domain is lowercase letters by default.

However, when advertising your link you are welcome to use upper or lower case such as: MySiteOnline.com versus mysiteonline.com to draw emphasis to the link. But, realistically all letters are interpreted as the same for the sake of naming the domain.

A domain name is not treated in the same way an account name or password would be. In that, the domain name is not case sensitive. The letters are lower case and won't show up as upper case in your browser.

The first version is so much easier to read than the second. It's all about readability online. And, so much easier to get someone to notice your domain if you will take a minute to capitalize each word. Though your domain is valid in lower or upper case, this will help the reader remember your name more easily.
