These days every business seems to be on social media. It is very common to see "Find us on Facebook" "Connect to us through Twitter" etc. Businesses are using social media not only to promote and market their business but also get reviews and feedbacks from customers. Businesses are offering freebies or organizing contests to attract customers. These days facebook ad is more effective than a newspaper ad. Newspaper readers are decreasing where as facebook users are increasing. If you are not on social media, you are likely to fail. Good thing about social media is you can do free promotion. You don't have to spend a dime to
promote your products and services.

If you have a dynamic account then you can use it in promoting your business in a creative way.
