Is it possible to share a Youtube video with a Google+ circle?

I want to share a video with a Google+ circle or specific Google+ users. Is this a possibility and if so how would it be done?

To share a video with a circle, simply paste the link and select the circle. This would be the easiest way. Alternately you could specify which users you wanted to see the post.

yes possible but only to your channels or your own videos there some tricks not lot of people know about to share in others videos as well

Simply paste the link and select the circle to share a video with a circle. The video cannot be private on You Tube otherwise only you can see it.
