Youtube advertising or spam?

Would it be considered spam if I posted a comment on another Youtube channel video and listed a link back to my own video?

I don't know if it would be spam but it could be annoying. I would not want someone to spam my video that way. Would you?

Sounds kind of rude to post a link to your own channel but I see that it's done all the time.
Maybe the person posting the link back to their own video or channel truly believes that link will be beneficial to the people seeing it.

Maybe the person posting the link back to their own video or channel truly believes that link will be beneficial to the people seeing it.

If the person is asking for an honest review of their video, such as with a song cover, and then lists a link on someone else's video, then I will take time to click on the link and watch the video suggested.
