    I wonder why you think that Bing is more popular than Yahoo when Yahoo is second to Google in terms of the number of users and Bing is only 3rd but far behind in the numbers. Targeting a search engine is not a good idea because what you do for the SEO work on your site will be applicable to all search engines and not only to Google. In fact, even the small search engines like Ask dot com will also give your site a good ranking.
