Is SEOClerks a scam? Is that true?

I have heard in another forum that SEOClerks is a scam. There's a guy there claiming that you have scammed him. Is that true?

The only people that report SEOClerks as a scam are those that we have banned for breaking the rules. Such as fraudsters, spammers and scammers. I think it is ironic that they break the rules and attempt to scam money from us, then get mad when their accounts are banned and their funds held.

To date, we have issued over $400,000 in payments.

SEOClerks may not be a scam as people say but recall that no one would decide to say so if they have not had a bitter experience.
I bought back links some months back and here I am without the backlinks and the seller has refused to reply my complaints or do anything about it. Is that not scam enough?
So if I decide to leave not and share my testimony so that others won't run into the same problem, you would call me a fraudster who has been banned?
I really don't have enough time to say I all but you may respond to these questions, because the answers I get will also form my own testimonial about SEOClerk.

Beaware that Seoclerks have a issue with controlling people with misleading Title and information , they are lieng to get a job, The Work for Seoclerks is to filter this kind of people, and need to analyse it. before they do this kind of think and put the name of
