    Do you send pins to friends?

    I love the Pinterest feature that allows you to send pins to other pinners (if you are following each other) as well as via email or Facebook. This is a very useful way to share the world of photo pins with those you talk with most.

    Just click the Send button at the top of any Pin, board or profile; enter the name/email address of the person you would like to send it to as well as a short note.

    Do you use this feature of Pinterest?

    I haven't tried this idea, but it seems like a worthwhile thing to do, especially if you can find something your friend will be interested in seeing. Just don't spam your friends too much with pins or they might be annoyed.

    My friend sends me pins all the time if she knows that it is something that I would be interested in. It is not something that I do though.

    I haven't tried this one too. But I message my followers. I know Pinterest is effective when it comes to driving traffic to your site. I guess they have the same feature with Stumbleupon. But it's the page that you send in email. Pinterest is one of the best social media platforms in brand promotion. Do you send pins to friends?

    If you really know the people and have a relationship to them it´s ok! but i wouldn´t recommend to send your pins to people you don´t know, because it´s the same like spam... if to many people report your pins as spam, your account will be banned! i saw this sooooo many times...

    if you have good and quality pins, they´ll be repinned anyway and you don´t need to send them to anybody!

    Yes. I usually send pins to my group members if I like it worthy to share. Unnecessary I wont. As it depends on the relationship of people you have in your group. For few of the closed friends you can send them frequently but if its the case of entire group or genre then specific pins has to be filtered and sent.
