Do you use app passwords on Facebook?

On Facebook, I have three apps currently using my Facebook login including Skype, Spotify and Xbox. On the security tab, it gives me the option to create app passwords that are distinct from my Facebook password. And, now I'm wondering if I should or if that would actually increase my security.

Maybe it's for the best to use an additional password to have extra security.

Otherwise, you might automatically login to your Facebook apps like Skype everytime you login to Facebook. This could be awkward if you don't really want to be on Skype at a specific time.

It's not something I have done so far, but I can see the logic in doing so. Especially if you are playing Facebook games. You might have another family member login to your account to play and then you would want to know that.
