On which Search Engines should I focus myself?

Well I do not only want to completely focus on Google and therefor I would like to know a few other Search Engines on which it is worth focusing on.

Google and Bing are the only two I really concern myself with. They hold the market for searches and if you have to pick only one, go with Google.

East or West Google is the Best but also focus on Yahoo and Bing

I don’t think there is a need to focus on one search engine because even if their algorithm are not the same, the SEO methods that we are doing apply to all the search engines. But maybe you want to focus on Google because it is the number 1 website in the whole of the internet. You can use the basic methods of posting new contents regularly, using keywords in your contents, spreading your backlinks in other websites.
