    I am working in the biggest bank in our country. When I joined this bank 30 years ago, the first seminar that I attended was the Basic Banking Program. The coverage was very wide but I had noticed that the 2-day seminar was focused on customer relation. As all the speakers mentioned, the customer is the lifeblood of the business, whether they are depositors or borrowers. Without the customers, there is no business to speak of. In that aspect, customers should be given utmost importance in your business. That may be the reason for the slogan that says the customer is always right.
