    how to reverse negative seo

    a site i have been working on for a year which has previously dominated the first page of bing and yahoo has been hit by negative seo, i have been dumped completely along with 2 other pages which were at the top of most searches, Google i am still on first page though, i have no idea how this was done, but it was more or less an overnight hit dumping me and other pages from first page to bottom of rankings, how is this done and is there any way to reverse this attack, gutting after following the rules and having a successful page to be assassinated so successfully.
    the site candidacurecenter.com previously searches such as candid cell wall suppressor would have returned at least one and possibly upto three results on front page of bing
    I have retained a legacy wordpress site and just refreshed it a bit

    First do not make any change to the site when it was ranked ..As search engine loved it that way only ...
    Other thing to overcome negative seo is to go for some HQ links purchasing or do it by yourself so those negative links can be overcome upon ...By doing this search engine where you lost your rank you will get back in few days and you have to continously do seo for it as other website people are doing seo for there website and are doing negative seo on top sites to so to get bump of there own website ....

    Reverse SEO is procedure to take out the websites to first pages of Google.Reverse is process for back links or bad back links coming from bad website are remove to have some positive impact on ranking.

    I am interested in this question because it is very possible to happen that a site’s ranking would abruptly go down. My guess is the backlinks that may be excessive and Google may have ignored most of those. Anyway, my take to reverse the problem is to upload more fresh contents with just a few keywords. It would be like refreshing the index for your site especially after you have uploaded a dozen contents.
