What is CRO and its benefit...?

As Google mechanism is changing over the times. CRO is a latest update in search engine ranking.
I wish to know how Google taking interest in CRO and the use in web analytic. If any body know better please ensure me with you suggestions.

CRO is the accronym for Conversion rate optimization, it is the rate at which, the visitors get converted into leads, it is important to convert the visitors to leads to increase sales, it is the percentage of the visitors that get converted into leads to the total visitors. It is important to make some efforts to improve the conversion rate and try and convert the vistiors to actual buyers of the product. So, all the practices together contribute to CRO.

Firstly let me inform you CRO is neither an update nor a Goggle Algorithm Its a method to convert the traffic into the Business it has nothing to do with Goggle updates.

CRO is purely based upon Analysis rather than optimization methods.
