    My understanding of content marketing is the marketing of your site’s content which is actually a promotion. In social media, I can see lots of posts by my connections about their business interest and some are about their websites. For a new content to the site I guess it is imperative to be promoted and my choice is social media because it is a fertile place with lots of users.
