    My take on creating good quality backlinks is to choose the most popular sites that are available to you. Take for instance a very popular blogger with maybe hundreds of thousands of regular readers. When you post a comment on one of the blogs then you have created a quality backlink and it will stay there unless the blogger would delete it. That goes the same with forums that are dynamic and with a huge community.
