    Email content should intract with user and their mind well, so it is important to show that you are selling Quality Product don't show Product Quality. Show what you are actually providing, don't add false information to Generate lead else it will leave negative impact later on.

    you can not say you can generate lead from a contact us page you can just capture the email id of visitors that's it,

    I know that capturing email addresses is not easy because you are doing it manually. We have done that before when there was no SEO yet. We used the emails for spamming to promote a website which was very effective when we also used the email to promote one of our videos on Youtube. It was able to get more than 100k views in a matter of 2 months.

    Many sites use a request quote form for the client. Though most will give a basic idea to the client before hand how much the services will cost. The request quote is just for finalizing a proposed deal.
