How much should I modify PLR articles?

I'm buying some PLR or private label rights articles for use on a new website. The PLR is very limited in use meaning that only a few other people would have access to it. How much would I need to change the PLR before I can use it. And, is there a way to use the PLR without changing it?

you can just rewrite it with unique content and so you can hire someone to do it for you if you dont have much time to do it

PLR is bad for seo almost all people end up with same content better you scrap content online then rewrite it manually..

You need to REWRITE them... Be sure to only get some info and start writing (or at least pay somebody do this for you!). Remember that the same source could be used by thousands of other webmasters! ;)

Yes i have gone through lot of articles. They are used by almost all content builders. However i have tried with capyscape and there were no copywrite materials. It means if you are selecting randomly, there is a possibility of not being tracked.

However for seo they are not mean to be good
