    in the fact i never tried to hire someone that claim it expert to help me in seo and rank and i dont know if they are for real as they ask alot of money

    In most cases it's hard to choose a good SEO agency. Read other people's reviews about it, check the services they offer, their refunds rate, etc. ;)

    SEO is a new industry that there are still few SEO specialists. I know that scammers are always around but I guess the current SEO specialists are professionals in their dealings because one bad apple can ruin the reputation of the industry. However you still need some safeguards when you hire an SEO specialist of company so that you will know if their work is effective or not.
