    1)High pr business listings

    2) 50 high pr dofollow social bookmarking

    3) pr dofollow blog commenting

    Yes it is better to do link building manually but need tools to keep an eye on backlinks which very time consuming while doing it manually.

    Like @patco444, manual work for backlink building is also my concern because I am still in the learning stage. However, it’s also nice to learn of the tools that later on may be useful to me as part of the trade of link building. Maybe I have to check on the tools that are mentioned in this discussion for my own benefit.
