    Answer for your 1st Question.

    1. Use the below plugin for SEO. Using SEO plugin are necessary because with this your wordpress website cause big problem in terms of duplication.
    a. All In One SEO
    b. Yoast
    c. Backup Wordpress
    d. ShareThis

    Your Answer regarding which is best Wordpress Or Blogger. Then I suggest go for wordpress which gives more better user interference.

    I use YOAST. I think this is the best SEO plugin for wordpress website. This is free plugin. I have also used All in One SEO Pack and this plugin is also good.
