Looks like it is the same as DMOZ but in Russian

DMOZ is a Web directory. It can add a little juice/boost to your site if you are listed there but it is not as relevant as it used to be.

DMOZ, without the "E" on the end, is the one you're referring to.

Yea @aarondiaz is right.

DMOZ (without the E at the end) is the famous one he is referring to. DmozE (with the E) is a Russian site created later. NOT the famous directory webmasters refer to.

DMOZ is an open directory project that have many categories that drive and passes huge amount of daily visitor traffic on it. It is high PR directory. If you generate back link from that kind of site, you achieve your SEO goal.
