What do you want to know about SEO & online marketing

I am opening up a personal blog in a week or so and I need some suggestions for writing. I have many resources and tools and am willing to give my best to share my experience, different tactics, case studies... So, I'm asking you what would people from SEO community like to know.

Subject: SEO (techniques, software, tools...), Marketing (video marketing, Youtube optimization, paid traffic...)

Anything you'd like to know, I'm collecting suggestions.

Thanks, keep them coming, I have few ideas and some drafts already made.

There is no free SEO software that could actually do quality link building, but there are few very good and powerful browser extensions and plugins that can do magic in terms of analysis.

PA/DA, PR, age, domain name... They all matter but they are only a few of many factors in ranking picture, which has to be as complete as possible. About manual techniques, I will post "How I do it" to show how I build links, how I create content and so on.

I want to know what's true about SEO, because Google contradicts themselves constantly. And, they reward things they say are not allowed and punish you when you do the right thing. It's confusing.

I want to know what's true about SEO, because Google contradicts themselves constantly. And, they reward things they say are not allowed and punish you when you do the right thing. It's confusing.

Sounds good for a case study. I have quite a few abandoned sites lying on pages 2+ in SERP, I could do case studies using different techniques with accurate rank tracking for some keywords. Blog comment links, social bookmarks... Everything monitored separately to get accurate results on what still works.

seo is search engine optimization.
Internet marketing is social media optimization.

This wasn't a question. SEO is a branch of internet marketing actually, but SEO includes so much things right now that you could say SEO = internet marketing.

Here are my questions for your blog. 1) How long does it take for the SEO methods to take effect regarding the ranking of the website in the search results? 2) What is the most important SEO chore to do, keyword, contents, bookmarking, design, etc? 3) Can SEO give the website a good number of traffic even without doing any marketing? I hope you can give me some clarifications and explanations because I am a newcomer in the SEO learning.
