    How to find less competitive keywords?

    Hi,

    Do you have some tips on finding low competitive keywords so that I can rank pages without link building...

    I've always used the Google keyword tool and it worked great to identify various long tail keyword alternatives I'd not thought of before.

    Google is evolving to serve webmaster needs better. Hopefully their newer version of this tool will do a good job.

    On my opinion (and not only), Google Keyword Planner doesn't say nothing about kw competions (for search). The competions Google KP display is only about ADwords competition, it means the competitions among advertiser that want to promote a Keywords.

    You have to use some more advanced tool, like Market Samurai or Long Tail Pro. You can try them for 7 or 12 days for free.

    Google keyword tool only shows competitions of advertisers (people that pay for ads), not competitions of websites using the keyword...

Since Google Keyword Planner Tool is a Google product and Google search has the largest market share, data provided by Google Keyword Planner Tool is very authentic. use this tool to find keywords in your niche. When you search keywords on a specific niche, always look for keywords that get more than 500 hits and less than 5000 hits. There is no point in being 1 of 1. Therefore, don't use keyword that does not get good hits. Likewise, if you target a keyword that gets more than 5000 hits, you must understand there is a tough competition. Instead of one or two words keywords, look for a long tail search term, which is normally less competitive.
