Guys thanks for your response. Google is there ... but the problem is, we would not know their quality without paying them. Hence i want to know if anyone already joint with any institution and checked their quality..

I have never heard of a local SEO training center in any area. Most are online SEO classes and still very useful but available to anyone of any area.
