    Yes you could do it as a career but you would have to be very good at it, and also have a mass amount of clients or some clients that have a lot of money willing to compete with the big dogs. I know someone who invested over 150K in just SEO for he can compete with the big dogs, but you have to be careful when you are dealing with people willing to spend that much because you can anger them easily.
