Hello All, I was cleaning out the domain closet last week after selling a vast majority of them off & realized i still had some really big money makers laying around not doing anything at all. So i had an idea to reach out to you guys & see if you wanted to help restore some to their former glory / build some of the ones which have yet to be built.
Serious inquiries Only please, these will require a moderate level of experience in both site management (all cms types) , manual link building, article writing, etc. (some basic design skills but not required 100%)
Now this is not just an attempt to get you to do a bunch of work for me to sit back and capitalize on... oh no! Instead I will offer you a 60/40 commission split on the total income of the site, I will continue to host at no expense to you & require zero upfront cost from you. Out of my 40% commission, I will be negating 50% of that to the SEOClerks fund for having initiated our business here on our site 
This is an excellent opportunity for you to learn strategic site building & brand development skills from a Level X / Staff Member / Highly Experience Marketer & Brand Development Professional
Clearly I do not want to have to explain everything step by step, you will need to show initiative, however I will work hand in hand with you on the imperative development of the sites. The earning potential is unlimited, some of these sites used to make $1,000's a month, other high $100's but could grow.
