You can use google.com for searching blogs. Just type in your query and then followed by blogspot or wordpress, you should see list of blogs coming up :)

Google Blog Search is a cool place to check out. Even though it's just like Google Search, it only shows results from blog sites. A good site if you want to have a blog commenting campaign.

To addon you can actually browse blogspot blogs by clicking on next blog on navigation bar. :D

Yes. You need to introduced '+' keyword between blog and keyword for which you want to read. For example, if you want to search technical blogs, then use blog+technical.
