    Have you tried Google's advanced search tools?

    When making a search on Google, you can choose the advanced search tools (shown under the search box). This option allows more customization for your search. For instance, using this option, you can restrict your search to posts made within the past 24 hours or only show pages from your Google+ circles. There are many other search options available. Have you tried this to refine your own Google search?
