How can I boost up my service?

I, being a new user, don't exactly know how to what should I do to market my service. Lately I have posted a service for article writing and I guess I am still deprived of orders. Please suggest me some ideas if you have some.

You can take help of forums, start contributing to webmaster forums on regular basis, it would help you a lot..

I agree that you need to make sure to add your link to a lot that you do. Forum posting is a great way to do this, or blog commenting if you can get it to work. Also be sure that if you do work for others, they leave a comment on how good your work was.

Thank you very much for your suggestions. Lately I was busy writing articles to my first client. I was ordered to write 5 articles in the same topic. I devoted myself to work and came up with my best. The client was fully satisfied by service. I felt very pleased after reading his positive feedback. I tried my best to implement all your suggestions. I guess, this was one of the reason for my first victory. Now I am bumping my service once a day.
