In almost all the discussions about SEO that I had read, all the SEO methods apply to any search engine. That means what you do for Google will also take effect in Yahoo and Bing. There is no specific SEO method for a particular search engine especially for the of-page SEO when you are spreading your backlinks all over the internet. Just do the SEO work methodically and religiously.
