    Bing it on challenge. [DO IT!]

    Hello,

    So in their overly commissioned commercial, Bing says Bing wins. But I believe Google wins.

    I've done the bing it on challenge many times. I even blocked images, and CSS [to control my experiment] and Google still wins.

    So please, will YOU do the Bing challenge?

    Personally I find Google easier to use and the interface not only looks better but is more efficient. The results I got were generally the same, but I must admit Bing gave better "Related Topic/Search" suggestions than Google, and even helped me find a pretty cool site I'd never have found with Google (unless I went to page 17 for my search query). But I think for the time being I'll stick with Google.

    Google wins hands down. Bing can say that they won but they are only fooling themselves.

    I tried it when I first saw their commercial and bing won for me. I got like 4 out of 5 for Bing. I do actually like the look of Bing's results better which is all this is based on, looks.

    Bing won for me too. I actually thought google would and I picked honestly, the best results (not looks). Bing is gaining ground and with Googles big P2.0 screw up, losing users.

    lol.. I guess it is similar to promotion tactics used by MS for promoting windows phone which has bing eye ! I'm pretty sure, MS might have optimized bing for few keywords before show casing this site ! So, it is biased.

    Can you describe the scenario for which bing was better than google ? I mean I never saw an instance were bing gave me better results than google :|

    For me bing site was loaded when I click on that url. But I don't know, why bing was loaded ? I mean I never used bing or loaded before this :|

    lol.. I guess it is a random redirection ! It loads 80-90% of bing and remaining times google. I guess it is a way to fool internet users.

    Sad but true no matter what you do Google is still number one. Unfortunately Bing cannot wake up and decide to be number 1. Look how long it has taken Google to reach where it is. It has taken years and years, allowing people to create content, adjusting algorithms, improving using experience. This was a process. Bing needs to go through the same process. There is no shortcut in life.
