What type of services or products sell best when advertised on Craigslist? For instance, could I advertise a link to an affiliate product or regular website or would it need to be a local service?

Craigslist can still work, but it depends on the QUALITY of the advertisement you wrote! It can still help you get some targetted visitors! But of course Social Media sites are much better and EASIER to do in order to get GOOD number of visitors too!

You can post ads there but you can get ghosted too, that's where they make it so that your ads are not seen by others. That happens on Reddit and a lot of sites now.
