Be interesting. There are so many mobile advertisements that I see that I just ignore because of how boring they look. It's the same for any video based advertisements that you include in mobile apps or websites. The first few seconds are extremely important. Make the video interesting or your user will skip the ad or just close the app down. It doesn't matter how interesting your video is later on if your user has already stopped watching it.
