We have these in our country. It's really cool as many people will definitely see it before they ride a bus.
I wonder how much is the advertising fee on those...

Yes I would. It is a creative way to advertise and many will see it. I like the idea of it.

This reminds me of the advertisements on the back of the buses here. That kind of advertising started some 10 years ago when some bus companies had their promo of free advertisement for a month. Now it is common to see bus advertisements not only at the back but also on the side of the bus. With the bus stop advertisement, it is also effective but not as effective as the advertisements on the bus.

Nice idea of advertising but this is in use in my country, maybe not very copious to be noticed but it really a creative way of advertising if one has the time for that.
