    Do you test out the look of your emails before sending?

    How important is it to test out the look of your emails before sending them out, such as to check for broken lines of text or to ensure that images or other elements inside the email look right over a variety of mediums?

    I always send a test email to @Asmodeus to get him to have a look. I find my eyes go cross-eyed, so a fresh pair of eyes and input is always great. I would hope others do the same, as you don't want to send them something that doesn't make sense or send them emails that happen to be missing important information. Do you test out the look of your emails before sending?

    It is super important to test your email links to be broken or not as if you want them to click on banner and when you send thme if that is not working it means that email is waste for you so if you use a bulk mail software it will be all uselless for you just because of the broken link so you must have all links working and checked before you send out the email..

    Most of the mail sending programs have the option to check out how the emails are looking. And if they are looking good then you can send them. So it should not cause the problems. I have seen the people making use of the plain text mails too. But that varies from one email sending platform to another. It differs a lot based on how the mail marketing is being done. I guess we just have to see and work out as well.

    Yes, sometimes if I'm to send out very important emails that need me being a little careful, I do a preview to be sure everything is intact before sending it out.

    I remember when the email was pretty new, I had been receiving emails from my colleagues which have wrong spelling and wrong grammar. But after some years, our office issued a memo about emails. That official emails should be well-written, no misspelled words, no grammatical errors. But my habit in emailing is to check properly the contents of the email before clicking the send button. For long emails, I even check it twice just to be sure that it is perfect.
