Hello,
As you can see within the quoted post below, Jordan said: "If you are interested, contact us on the help desk with the method you intend on using to promote the coupons you will give away." I believe that's the only way of gaining access to the coupon generator. Contact the support and explain in detail why you should have access.

For example: Why should you gain access to the coupon generator? What can you do? What will you do?

We are accepting new users (affiliates) to generate and give out free $5 coupons. The coupons are redeemable by any new members of SEOClerks/CodeClerks/ListingDock, typically after they have signed up under you as an affiliate (although not necessary).

If you are interested, contact us on the help desk with the method you intend on using to promote the coupons you will give away.
