SeoClerks Balance Gone

Hello everyone, I want to ask about my revenues.
I feel something weird.
Please see this screenshot.

Where is another $2??
This is happen when I purchase a gig, seller request mutual cancelation and I accept it.
I just think the money still under reviews then I wait within 24 hours.
But its been 6 days and my available balance still not increased.

Is it any bug or something?
Please help me.

Hi designmou,

There is no bugs here and your balance is not gone. You have $80.72 in your account balance but only $78.72 is available for withdrawal.

Only funds that have been directly earned through the sale of your own Services can be withdrawn, any other funds can be used to purchase anything on SEOClerks. The $2 not available for withdrawal is from a cancelled order so it's in the non-withdrawal part of your balance.

This is standard of SEOClerks and how things have always operated.

those fund from my sales bro.
i am not using any coupon.
when i registered in seoclerks, i tried to get free money, but i didn't receive it.
as i don't know if its need 100 tweets min in my profile.
before this things happen, i was purchase the same gig, seller request mutual cancelation and fund back to my account and available fund is match with my account balance. then i purchase again, seller request mutual cancelation again, but my fund not appear in available balance.

When you get your cash back from a gig cancellation into your balance, it can not be withdrawn, it must be spent back on another service. This also happens with promotional free money for tweeting, etc.. That's why it shows in your balance, but not in your available to withdraw amount.
