What Are The Best Groups To Target For SEOClerks?

I am using facebook advertising to get more affiliates and im wondering about what is the best groups to target such as age group, countries, etc..
What do you think is best to target when using facebook ads, google adwords, and any other similar service?

I have been targeting aged 20 and up thinking that age might be a bit more willing to spend more cash, but maybe i was wrong thinkin that, lol
