    Recent Updates/Changes to SEOClerks UI and Categories Missing?

    I see that some recent changes/updates are done to SEOClerks UI which has made it look nicer, but I also see that some categories have been removed as well such as the Lists category

    This was a quite a big category and there was quite a lot of instant download gigs and things in them.

    Some of the gigs I had in that category are no longer showing on the site because that category doesn't exist.

    When I go to edit the gig and change the category I cannot list it anywhere as it's a list and there is no list category.

    Is this a temporary thing while you're doing updates or have you removed the Lists categories permanently?

    Staff told me that "The lists category was deleted. A few of the categories were merged together. This must have been one that was merged with another category. I believe staff may still be working on this. I am unsure at the moment if the list category will be available in the future."

    My gig was restored but I still have several that are missing. Will open another ticket about it.

    As for your specific services, I believe that I have already reinstated one today and another one was reinstated yesterday and if not, please reply back on that ticket to let me know. For some reason, both of your services which were deleted were listed under Art and Design and not really sure why they were there. Anyway, the situation should be resolved now and if not, please let us know on the support desk and we'll get it worked out.

    No worries, I knew you guys would come through for me anyway never faltered for one minute!

    Yes I suspect they ended up there when the List category was removed as it's the first category on the site.

    I can remember definitely selecting the Lists category for it at the time.

    And I had checked the Lists category and see it at the top after a bump several times too.

    Hi - please report this misplaced service to the support desk. When reporting a deleted service, it's helpful to point out all the good reasons it should be reinstated, for instance, 100 positive ratings, very popular with buyers; a unique service that no one else is offering. Assuming the service has merit and there are no recent complaints against that specific service (such as cancelled orders), the service will likely be reinstated.

    Yes, please report the order to the support staff.

    The list section is gone now, those services are either deleted or migrated. Also, Solo ads is gone, though some of those services were just moved to another category. New solo ad type services are no longer being accepted. Also, we are not accepting email list services anymore as mostly they are massive email lists which can be used for spamming. A lot of categories were merged under Link Building for simplicity sake.

    There are a few additions on categories such as OnSite SEO and Research, really good for on page SEO and keyword research services.

    Thanks beverly for this. i dont have any suggestions for now but when i get to have anyone in my head , i will surely notify you about it. As the clean-up is being done, lots of suggestions is needed to be made on how to keep this site fresh and running efficiently.
