How many sellers actually know what a unique IP is?

Because, my scans show, for all the business I try to do here, like so few of the services "actually" offer unique IP addresses....according to MajesticSEO.

Hi!

Unique IP (Dedicated IP) are more powerful and stable than Shared IP and more costly of course. A Dedicated IP is exclusively yours...which means you have total control over it . For ex: If you are using Shared IP (Hosting) your site is hosted in the same server with other sites. In Dedicated IP is hosted only your site in that server.

Thanks for the informative answer. I knew that IP is the abbreviation for Internet Protocol which is an address of your internet connection on the world wide web. However, I had not realized that by using shared hosting I will also be sharing IP with other users.

This is the first time I heard about dedicated IP and how good it is for those that work on the internet. I think this is what I should really look upon to having for my business as well.

A unique IP doesn't share server with anyone. it specifically dedicated to one person that will be hosting one site on a server for him or her alone, no sharing of hosting. The different between this and shared hosting is that the former don't share and the cost for this dedicated IP is higher.
