    Reject Delivered Orders?

    Hello People,

    How do you reject delivered orders? And get 100% refund?

    I am facing this issue,and would like to reject the order and get 100% refund, is there a way?

    If you have a valid reason to reject delivery then ask seller to deliver want mutual agreed after rejecting previous delivery.
    First try to short it out by mutual agreement if still facing issue then SC support staff is your best friend. Raise a ticket & submit all neccessary proofs so that they can easily come to know all matter.

    If you reject delivered order you can not get your refund
    reject order means you have given a chance to the seller to redelivered your order but if you follow mutual cancellation proposal and if seller accept your request than you will get your refund thanks.

    As others have stated, you can reject the delivery IF there is a good reason to do so.

    If the seller has actually performed the work, you will not be able to reject the order.

    If you have an issue, you need to submit a help ticket about the order. You will usually be instructed to request mutual cancellation first. And, it's important that you do that as it documents on the order URL your intentions. If you ask staff to force cancel order before you have requested mutual cancellation, that can lead to confusion on the part of the seller who doesn't understand why his or her order was cancelled. In other words, only ask for mutual cancellation AFTER the seller has rejected your cancellation offer.

    Please document on the order URL as fully as possible your reasons for wanting to reject the order and tell the seller specifically what needs to be changed in order for you to accept the work.

    Keep in mind that sellers have the option to appeal to help desk too if they have delivered all work required and buyer is still rejecting for no good cause.

    if you did not satisfied with your buyer.Go to order page and reject order delivery and send mutul cancellation request to your seller.
    you get 100% refund to your account.

    First you reject the order and send mutul cancellation request to seller.if the seller reject your mutul cancellation request.then you contact the seoclerks support staff.

    If you not satisfy job of seller, reject it and send a mutual cancellation to refund the money. If seller accepts it you get 100% refund.

    you can not get your refund money if you reject the job but you will get your refund money if you mutually cancel the order so just use the mutual cancellation button.
