Unable to bump service

Hi. I have a problem
I can no longer bump my service. It says the service I'm trying to bump is no longer allowed to be bumped.
To what kind of services does this apply to? Social media services?

how many bumps you have ? check if it 0 , and try to contact support eric will be helpful

I have enough bumps. It just says the service I'm trying to bump is NO LONGER ALLOWED to be bumped.
