    Buyer do not responds me what should i do?

    I have an order few days ago around 10 days. Buyer so not follow my right instructions. i send him massage continuously but do not responds me. this service already show me average delivery 2 days and it is increased. what should i do in this time? can i reject this order? if i a reject order then it will effect my seller profile rating.

    I do not understand what i do. Please give me a good solution about this problem.

    Suggest a Mutual cancellation. That won't affect your rating.

    Any update to the order page will affect your response time though, so make sure you reply to each update, in case the buyer repond.

    Yes mutual cancellation is the good way to cancel the order with out affecting your rating.

    1st see buyer is coming online or not if yes than try to contact him repeatedly if he is not coming online than send him a mutual cancellation..

    That is how some of them do, they will not follow instructions and just to pay and vamooze off. what i do is just to suggest a mutual cancellation if the buyer doesnt respond to any of my questions and the time is ticking off.
