What is the criteria to become a best seller? what is key points, which i can follow?

That's such a great question! And, I hope that others here in our community will take time to answer.
Of course, you will want to heavily promote your services and bump services daily. However, beyond that, there are many other things you can do to keep your customers happy.

Start orders in a timely manner by letting a buyer know you are working on it
Keep your customer updated on the order page (not just private message) - that page is the official record of your progress
Provide screenshots or other evidence to support that you are working (or have worked on) the order. These assurances will help your customer
Finish your work in a timely manner
Always treat your customers with the highest respect and work as closely as possible to achieve their desired results
If you find that you can't perform the work they require, please ask for cancellation in a polite way, rather than arguing with customer or placing blame.

Also don't be afraid to ask staff for help on our support desk if you have issues with an order or buyer.

These are just a few of the things you can do to become the best seller and provide the best service.

And, I know there are lots of other great ways to be an amazing seller, but I want to give everyone else here a chance to contribute their own ideas here.

First of all, you should have something valuable to sell. Whether you are selling a service or a product, you must offer highest quality service or product.
Secondly, pricing is important. You should sell your product or service at a competitive price. If you are charging more than your competitor, you will never drive sales. Best selling method is you should focus on volume sales, which will reduce your selling price and you will end up making more money.
