    I don't know if you can convert your money in your shopping balance for withdrawal once it's in there. Though you could send a ticket to help desk and ask for an actual refund of the money.

    As it stands, level 1 users need to have $10 in their withdraw balance to withdraw. Now, there are some times when money you get cannot be withdrawn, such as refunded money. That cannot be withdrawn but all money you earn from affiliate sales & completed services is able to be withdrawn. So when you reach $10, you can withdraw. As for revenue, you cannot convert that. Revenue Purchases is what money you have made that has been spent here at SEO Clerks from your SEO Balance.
