    Have to complete 10 orders on time,
    above 90% feedback score,
    No breach of seo rules,
    Should ans or ques 20 faqs,
    First order completion should be 30 days old,
    Account should be 7 days old,
    first withdrawl should be 20 days old,
    login once in 14 days.

    Its simple, but it takes some time.... to go level 2.. Check "User Levels" at bottom of page for more details
